The Baltimore Streetcar Museum is an educational and cultural resource on the history of public transportation – particularly the electric streetcar era in Baltimore and beyond – through its collection and preservation of artifacts, vehicles and resources.

Our Future Vision
The Baltimore Streetcar Museum is in the early planning stages in coordination with the City of Baltimore in developing our new campus vision centered around a restored and repurposed former Maryland and Pennsylvania Railroad roundhouse at 2601 Falls Road! Plans are in development for the initial work to ensure this structure is safe and secure while a phased transformation of this site takes place in future years. An exciting future lies ahead as this deteriorated gem becomes a first-class educational center of public transportation history, particularly as it relates to streetcars in the greater Baltimore area.
